Through this article, the Khaïden brand wishes to share with all its customers, or internet users, its expertise and advice on the holistic concept and the effects on the wellbeing.
Lithotherapy is based on the resonance or vibration that these precious stones emanate in order to improve our wellbeing.
It is on the psychic, emotional or spiritual planes where energy travels through these precious stones, which gives lithotherapy a holistic aspect, that is to say, a consideration of the human as an inseparable symbiosis of body and mind.

The term holistic comes from the Greek ‘holos’ which means ‘whole’ and ‘therapeia’ which means ‘care’. Thus, Holistic Therapy is the art of taking care of the human being in its entirety. This art aims to treat the different levels of the human being, that is, the body and the spirit in the same therapeutic approach so that one is good in health.
It is a global approach that takes into account the many characteristics of humans aimed at providing health, harmony, balance and wellbeing.

Healing by using gems, minerals or crystals is a holistic approach that has survived the ages. Ancient civilizations used stones to cure the pains of everyday living or of the mind. The Egyptians, Shamans, Mayans and Greeks have long used the virtues of stones in their rituals or as elixirs to heal wounds. Today, therapeutic methods are somewhat similar to those of our ancestors.

Lithotherapy is a holistic healing technique using stones that aim to use their energetic powers. Minerals have long been recognised as carriers of vibrations. The stones release a force which acts on our body and our spirit. Our bodies themselves need minerals such as cooper, iron or zinc ; they are necessary for its balance. The subtle energies of the stones stimulate our energy centers, that is to say, our chakras. To practice lithotherapy in addition to yoga practices is to use the virtues of the stone in order to harmonise the mental and the physical.

Lithotherapy uses subtle energies, in other words those that we don’t see. It is therefore the aura, that makes up each living being, that these subtle energies will act on. They touch the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the individual. Each stone also has its own composition and crystallisation.
The idea is to place the crystals on different areas of the body to allow a vibrational flow. Stones have the ability to emit, store and absorb energy. Thanks to their powers, we can revitalise the body and mind.

In contrast, in the event of ‘bad vibes’, we will use minerals to absorb negative vibrations.
This holistic method can act on various disorders, whether mental or physical.
The lithotherapy technique helps to find balance between the mental and the physical. The minerals are the fruit of the earth, through them, strength and power are transmitted to us.
